Do I need an electrician to install an iToilet?
No special wiring is required. Your iToilet plugs into a standard 120V household outlet. You will need a GFCI-protected outlet within 60 inches of the toilet — the same type of outlet found near sinks in most modern bathrooms. If you don't have an outlet near your toilet, a qualified professional can typically add one in a single visit.
Will it fit my bathroom?
iToilet models are designed for the standard U.S. 12-inch rough-in (the distance from the wall to the center of the drain). Full dimensions are listed on each product page.
Can I install it myself?
If you're comfortable replacing a regular toilet, you can install an iToilet — the water and drain connections are the same. The only extra step is plugging it in. Each unit ships with a step-by-step manual, and our support team is available by phone and email if you need help. We recommend professional installation if you've never installed a toilet before.
Does it work with my home's water pressure?
iToilet operates on standard U.S. residential water pressure ([CONFIRMAR faixa: ex. 20–80 PSI]). No pump or special plumbing is needed.

Is iToilet certified for use in the U.S.?
Yes. iToilet is UL/ETL listed and meets all applicable U.S. electrical and plumbing standards.
Is it safe to have electricity in a toilet?
Yes. iToilet is designed with fully sealed electrical components and connects to a GFCI outlet, the same safety standard required for all bathroom outlets in the U.S.
Product & Use
What happens during a power outage?
You can still flush. Every iToilet includes a backup battery for the flush system, and the toilet functions as a normal toilet even without power — you just won't have the heated seat, wash and dry features until power returns.
How much water does it use?*
The pressurized flush uses only 0.7 to 1.1 gallons (2.7/4.2 liters) per flush
Is the water in the bidet wash clean?
Yes. The stainless-steel nozzle self-cleans before and after every use.
